Baja California commemorates the 105th anniversary of the Constitution


 Mexicali, January 5.- Secretary General of Government Catalino Zavala Márquez led the ceremony commemorating the promulgation of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Zavala Márquez noted that this celebration is a day of reflection, allowing us to analyze history and honor the principles and values ​​embodied in the document.

"Let us continue fighting, just as those who came before us did, to achieve these principles and this justice, in these times, where we undoubtedly face significant challenges," Zavala Márquez emphasized during the civic event.

Mexicali Mayor Norma Alicia Bustamante Martínez emphasized that all three levels of government must redouble their efforts to ensure that various precepts enshrined in the Constitution related to the rights of women, people with disabilities, and diversity become truly a reality.

The State Secretary of Education, Gerardo Solís Benavides, and Judge Gustavo Medina Contreras, representing the State Judiciary, were present at the presidium.
