Dito Ariotedjo still had time to carry out his duties as Minister of Youth and Sports by reviewing preparations for the 42nd National Sports Day at the Cibubur Youth Elite Sport Center before being dismissed from his post by President Prabowo Subianto.
As officially reported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Monday, Dito attended the dirty rehearsal for the peak event of the National Sports Day which will take place at the POPKI Cibubur Sports Arena.
On that occasion, he provided a number of inputs to ensure the celebrations ran optimally, including a series of inaugurations for the CYESC, which is projected to become a national elite junior athlete development center in accordance with the National Sports Grand Design (DBON).
The peak event of the 2025 National Sports Day is scheduled to be attended by President Prabowo, who will also inaugurate the CYESC with Minister of Public Works Doddy Hanggodo.
Prabowo is also scheduled to deliver a speech with the theme "Sport Unites Us."
In addition to the inauguration, the 42nd Haornas commemoration will also be enlivened by a pencak silat martial arts performance, as well as awards for outstanding athletes and retired athletes.
