Huawei is reportedly developing the Nova Flip S as a new option for flip-phone fans at a more affordable price.
This was reported by GSM Arena, Wednesday (24/9) local time, which stated that the existence of this smartphone was found in the China Telecom database, which although did not provide certainty that this smartphone was official, at least this smartphone was being worked on.
If true, then the Huawei nova Flip S will be the second pocket-friendly foldable phone released by Huawei since in August 2024 it had released the Huawei nova Flip.
It is known that the Huawei nova Flip S has the model number PSD-AL80 and is #q cww in three memory configurations: 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 12GB/1TB.

As for color options, the upcoming Huawei nova Flip S will be offered in six colors, namely Sakura Pink, Zero White, Sky Blue, Star Black, Feather Sand Black, and New Green.
This color choice is more when compared to its predecessor, the Huawei nova Flip, which was only available in four colors, namely Sakura Pink, Zero White, Star Black, and New Green.
As the next generation, Huawei nova Flip S offers two new color options, namely Sky Blue and Feather Sand Black.
Unfortunately, China Telecom's database only shows the inner screen so the external appearance of the Huawei nova Flip S has not been fully revealed.
There's no pricing information yet, but its predecessor, the Huawei Flip S, recently received a price cut to 2,900 Yuan (around Rp. 6.8 million).
It's unclear when Huawei will introduce the nova Flip S, possibly in October 2025, but that's just speculation at this point.
