Jamaica, Curacao, and Honduras all secured wins in their 2026 World Cup qualifying matches in the North, Central America, and Caribbean zone.
Jamaica defeated visiting Trinidad and Tobago 2-0 in their Group B match at Independence Park in Kingston. The result puts Jamaica firmly at the top of Group B with six points, while Trinidad and Tobago sits in third place with one point.
Bailey Cadamarteri opened the scoring for Jamaica, converting Greg Leigh's header in the 36th minute. Jon Russell then doubled the hosts' lead in the 57th minute.
Trinidad and Tobago, who had previously played out a goalless draw against Curacao, had two chances to break through Levi Garcia's net in the 29th and 63rd minutes, but both goals were disallowed by VAR.
In the opening match, Jamaica secured a resounding 4-0 victory away to Bermuda.
Curacao moved up to second place in Group B with four points after Tyrese Noslin scored the winner in the 75th minute from a Tahith Chong assist. Curacao secured a 3-2 victory over visiting Bermuda.
