Indonesian tennis player Janice Tjen continued her positive trend by defeating her junior level rival, Filipina tennis player Alexandra Eala in the quarterfinals of the WTA 250 Sao Paulo in Brazil.
Janice successfully silenced the rising third seed with a score of 6-4, 6-1 in 1 hour and 12 minutes after recovering from a 3-0 deficit in the first set, then winning 12 of the next 14 games.
"It still feels amazing to me, it doesn't feel real yet," Janice said after the match, as broadcast by the WTA.
