Presidential Chief of Staff (KSP) Muhammad Qodari stated that the program to provide smart digital screens for 330 thousand schools is part of the government's efforts to address gaps in the implementation of learning.
"One proof of Mr. Prabowo's support and commitment to the digital world, particularly in education, is the provision of 330,000 smart boards to schools," Qodari said in South Jakarta on Saturday.
"That way, schools in Indonesia can get quality content from qualified teachers," he added.
The provision of learning facilities in the form of smart digital screens, he said, is intended to address the gap between school students in urban areas and those in remote and isolated areas in accessing information and educational facilities.
According to him, the program to provide smart digital screens for schools is being implemented so that students in both urban and remote areas can enjoy quality learning facilities.
He stated that the smart digital screen provision program is targeted to reach 330 thousand schools, or 73 percent of the approximately 450 thousand schools in Indonesia.
"In his first year as president, he wanted 73 percent of schools in Indonesia to have digital access," Qodari said, referring to President Prabowo Subianto.
