Mexicali, March 16. Nine buses carrying nearly 300 people departed from the Morena headquarters in Mandarin Plaza in this capital city to Mexico City to participate in the event commemorating the 85th anniversary of the oil expropriation.
The event, which will take place on the 18th of this month, is part of a mobilization called by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
People began arriving at 8 a.m. this Thursday, mostly Morena supporters.
Representative Manuel Guerrero Luna was present at the scene, but he only stated that he coordinated a truck with 36 people, but clarified that "they are not workers, they are not bureaucrats."
