The canine units Monti, a Belgian Shepherd, and Gemma, an Australian Shepherd, were the ones who located the buried people, while a team of 30 firefighters carried out the maneuvers to reach them.
In addition to firefighters, personnel from the Municipal Social Assistance Unit, Civil Protection, and Municipal Police officers worked at the scene, cordoning off the area until the operations were completed.
