Tijuana, July 11 – A man believed to be homeless died after being run over on the Eastern Expressway.
The accident occurred last night near the Lázaro Cárdenas Boulevard bridge.
The victim, who has not yet been identified, was trying to cross the road when she was struck by a gray compact car.
The impact caused fatal injuries that led to his death at the scene.
While agents from the State Attorney General's Office carried out the corresponding investigations, two lanes of the Highway remained closed, causing slow traffic in the area.
