PUBG MOBILE officially launched its major update, Version 4.0, which brings a variety of new horror-themed content, anime collaborations, and new game modes available today until November 4, 2025.
the Version 4.0 update introduces a Spooky Soiree-themed mode in Erangel, Livik, and Rondo. This mode features a ghost companion named Ghostie with various unique skills .
Players can also explore the haunted Wraithmoor Mansion in Erangel and Livik, encountering ghosts that influence the game's progression. The horror atmosphere is further enhanced by the Performing Dead's ghostly rock concert and unique vehicles like the Magic Broom.
In addition to the horror theme, PUBG MOBILE presents a major collaboration with the anime Kaiju No. 8. From September 5 to 30, players can get iconic characters such as Kafka Hibino, Reno Ichikawa, Mina Ashiro, Kikoru Shinomiya, and Soshiro Hoshina with unique animations.
Additionally, players can try out the transformation mechanic into Kaiju No. 8, as well as enjoy a variety of Kaiju No. 8-themed sets, weapons, and vehicles.
