The Ministry of Communication and Digital has created an evaluation mechanism to maintain the development of artificial intelligence innovation . in line with ethics.
This evaluation mechanism can be found in the KA Ethics Guidelines which are currently being prepared by the government through incident reporting on the basis of encouraging independent monitoring or self-assessment. by AI developers.
"Gradual evaluations of the implementation of ethical guidelines will continue to be carried out to ensure ethical and responsible governance of the KA," Aju Widya Sari, Director of Artificial Intelligence and New Technology Ecosystems at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Technology.
In addition to the evaluation mechanism, the government also ensures that national AI development can progress according to ethics. Therefore, a White Paper on the National AI Roadmap has been prepared, the development of which is carried out in conjunction with the AI Ethics Guidelines.
