Chinese technology company Tencent has launched a number of products and increased its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities targeting global industrial clients, claiming it can improve efficiency.
"Truly usable and practical AI applications drive industrial efficiency. These newly launched and enhanced solutions will support companies on their internationalization journey," said Tencent Senior Executive Vice President and Cloud and Smart Industries Group CEO Dowson Tong in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China on Tuesday (September 16).
Dowson conveyed this at the Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit 2025 which was attended by thousands of technology business players including Deputy President Director and Deputy CEO Goto Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Goto William Xiong, President Director of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Vikram Sinha, CEO and Co-founder of DANA Vince Iswara and others.
Some of Tencent's products include the Agent Development Platform 3.0 (ADP), which enables companies to generate and integrate AI into their workflows for scenarios such as customer service, marketing, inventory management, research, and more.
Additionally, the AI Infra “Agent Runtime” was also launched to provide a robust infrastructure for building and operating AI agents.
