The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned two directors of a pension fund company for state civil servants (ASN) and state officials as witnesses in a corporate case involving suspect PT Insight Investments Management (IIM).
"The investigation is on behalf of RHA as President Director of PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri or Taspen (Persero), and EPS as Taspen's Finance Director," said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo when confirmed by ANTARA from Jakarta, Wednesday.
Budi further explained that the examination of two Taspen directors took place at the KPK's Red and White Building.
Based on the information gathered, the two witnesses were Rony Hanityo Aprianto (RHA), and Elmamber Petamu Sinaga (EPS).
Previously, on March 8, 2024, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) announced an investigation into an alleged corruption case involving fictitious investments involving Rp1 trillion in funds.
In this case, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) has named two people as suspects, namely former Taspen President Director Antonius Kosasih and PT IIM President Director for 2016-2024 Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto.
On June 20, 2025, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) named PT IIM a corporate suspect in a case that was a development of the fictitious investment case.
