The genocide continues in Gaza City
On Monday evening, the Israeli occupation forces destroyed the "Zaidiya" residential building in the Lababidi neighborhood, west of Gaza City, sparking panic among Palestinians living in the area.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli warplanes destroyed the five-story Zaidiya building after warning Palestinians inside and around it to evacuate.
They reported that the army destroyed the building less than 20 minutes after it was warned to evacuate, preventing the displaced people, who were in a state of fear and shock, from taking their essential supplies.
The Zaidiya building joins a number of residential buildings and towers destroyed by the Israeli occupation army since Monday morning, most notably the Al-Ghafri Tower, the city's tallest tower. The 20-story building houses hundreds of Palestinian families, as well as the headquarters of media outlets, media production companies, and other commercial enterprises.
In the al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City, the Israeli occupation army killed nine Palestinians, including three children, when it targeted a tent housing displaced persons from the Abu Ghanima family.
In the north of the city, 10 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an airstrike targeting two homes belonging to the Abu Laila and Abu Qinnas families. Five Palestinians were also killed and others were injured in an attack targeting a civilian gathering in the Al-Karama area, also north of the city.
