The World Boxing Association has announced a boxing match in Suzhou, China, bringing together boxers from various countries in Asia to compete for the WBA Asia regional title.
Based on the WBA's statement on the association's official website, which was monitored the main event will see Indonesian boxer Tibo Monabesa fight against Yelshat Nihkhemttola to fight for the WBA Asia bantamweight (53.5 kg) title.
Monabesa, who carries a record of 22 wins with 8 knockouts (KO), 2 losses, and 2 draws, will face a fight that promises high skill and tempo.
The boxer from East Nusa Tenggara will face a big challenge against Nikhemttola who is undefeated with a record of 21 wins (8 KOs) and 2 draws.
Nikhemtolla returns to the ring after a draw against Fillemon Nghutenanye, while Monabesa capitalizes on the momentum of his win over Ricardo Sueno.
