Triathlete Rosa María Tapia wins bronze at the Brasilia World Cup


Mexico City, October 15.- Mexican triathlete Rosa María Tapia won a bronze medal at the 2023 Brasilia World Cup.

The Pan American team crossed the finish line with a time of 2:00.27 hours, adding valuable points to their world rankings and advancing toward the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

At 26 years old, the selected athlete is positioned as the best triathlete in the country and has achievements such as a historic silver medal at the World Championship Series in Yokohama, Japan.

The Sonoran triathlete has been practicing the specialty since she was 11 years old, and her biggest dream is to compete in a summer competition.
