Ozden Bennet, Aisha Noor's sister, said that the documentary "Under an Olive Tree" presents an honest portrayal of Aisha Noor's life and principles, "how she became who she was, and what ultimately led to her martyrdom." She added, "If the documentary is first viewed by someone who doesn't know Aisha Noor's story, I think it will be a truly fair representation."

Bennett, who joined a press conference at the Capitol on Tuesday alongside US lawmakers and other families of Americans killed by Israeli occupation forces or settlers, added that meetings with members of Congress have yielded little progress.

She explained, "Despite their overwhelming support, I feel there are limits to what they can do. They have written to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice and have received no responses to their inquiries or requests for an open investigation."
