Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, continues to strengthen the halal ecosystem in Indonesia by developing various innovations and sustainable training programs.
"We regularly hold training for halal product process assistants (P3H) to develop competent assistant resources," said Prof. Poppy Arsil, Head of the Unsoed Halal Center, after attending the closing ceremony of the 2025 Former Banyumas Residency Sharia Economic Festival (Selaras) at the Satria Sports Center.
According to him, the training is crucial for increasing the quantity and quality of halal product support resources, who can assist business actors and collaborate positively to increase the number of halal-certified products.
To date, the Unsoed Halal Center has produced around 600 P3H personnel spread across various regions in Indonesia.
