According to preliminary information, the woman responsible for the murder, who had a tattoo on her arm and was wearing a floral skirt, managed to flee the scene on foot.
Firefighters and the Red Cross arrived at the scene to provide medical attention to the victim, but he was pronounced dead.
Third Street was closed by Municipal Police and State Attorney General's Office officers, so traffic was being diverted to Fourth Street, causing traffic backups in the area.
