Sixteen teams from national media outlets will compete in the 2025 Mandiri Media Cup.
The Antara team will meet TV One in the round of 16 at CIBIS Park, South Jakarta, on October 28.
The tournament, themed "Rise Beyond Limit," features Indonesian national team player and Persija captain Rizki Ridho as the tournament's brand ambassador.
"The media can open up insights to people who don't yet know about our careers, the story from the beginning until we became professional players," said Rizky at a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday.
"So I think the media's role here is very important in opening people's minds so they know more about the players themselves."
Bank Mandiri Vice President of Corporate Communication Dicky Kristanto welcomed the return of the Mandiri Media Cup.
