Aprilia Racing rider Marco Bezzecchi aims to achieve positive results in the remaining two rounds of the 2025 MotoGP season.
Currently, MotoGP still has two series remaining, namely MotoGP Portugal (9/10) and MotoGP Valencia (16/10).
"Now we will work even harder for the last two races of the season," said Bezzecchi, quoted from the official Aprilia Racing website, Tuesday.
In the Malaysian MotoGP which took place at the Sepang International Circuit, Sunday, The Bezz was only able to finish in 11th place after recording a time difference of +19.824 seconds from the Malaysian MotoGP champion, Gresini Racing racer Alex Marquez who finished with a record of 40 minutes and 9.249 seconds.
"It was a pretty tough race, and I couldn't overtake anyone. I couldn't have done better and I'm disappointed, but at least we scored some points," said the Italian rider.
From the Malaysian MotoGP, The Bezz recorded a total of nine points and temporarily placed him comfortably in third place in the standings after his closest rival, Ducati Lenovo rider Francesco Bagnaia, failed to finish (DNF) in Sepang.
After the first and second place were confirmed to be locked by the Marquez duo, namely Marc Marquez and Alex Marquez, now Bezzecchi has the opportunity to lock in third place.
Currently, The Bezz has a total of 291 points, or a five-point gap over Pecco, who is in fourth place with 286 points.
Bezzecchi will next appear at the MotoGP Portugal which will take place at the Algarve International Circuit on November 9.
