Chinese smartphone brand Honor appears to be preparing to follow in the footsteps of its competitors by launching a flagship phone with Qualcomm's latest chip, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
Now the phone has appeared on the mobile benchmark platform Geekbench with the name Honor Magic 8 Pro.
The smartphone is believed to be released in the global market and recent reports have revealed the results of its testing and some of its key specifications.
As reported by Gizmochina, Sunday, this smartphone is registered with the model number BKQ-N49 and is believed to be the global version of the Honor Magic 8 Pro.
It was revealed that this phone is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 as its engine, combined with 12GB RAM, and the Android 16 operating system.
In performance testing, Geekbench showed single- core results reaching 3,664 points while multi-core results were 7,632 points.
