Indonesian weightlifter Rizki Juniansyah won two gold medals in Group A of the 2025 IWF World Weightlifting Championships in Forde, Norway, early Tuesday morning WIB.
Competing in the men's 79 kilogram class, Rizki won two gold medals in the Clean and Jerk and total lift categories, according to IWF records on Tuesday.
Rizki managed to break the world record when competing in the Clean and Jerk category after successfully lifting a total weight of 204 kilograms, which also won him a gold medal.
Rizki also won a gold medal in the total lift category with 361 kilograms, consisting of 157 kilograms in the snatch and 204 kilograms in the clean and jerk.
In addition, Rizki also managed to win a bronze medal in the Snatch category after successfully lifting a total weight of 157 kilograms, but then failed when he tried to lift the second and third weights with a weight of 162 kilograms.
