The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) explained the results of the 1.4 GHz radio frequency band price auction that took place over three working days from October 13-15, 2025 and its allocation for broadband wireless access (BWA) services in Indonesia.
In a press release issued by the 1.4 GHz Frequency Auction Selection Committee of the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Technology, Wednesday, and confirmed, it was stated that there were three price offers from three telecommunications providers for the three regions to be served.
The three telecommunications providers include PT Eka Mas Republik (MyRepublic), PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), and PT Telemedia Komunikasi Pratama (Viberlink).
For each region, the Government offers a radio frequency range of 1432MHz-1512 MHz, with a block size of 1 block (80 MHz), and a Radio Frequency mode in the form of Time Division Duplexing (TDD) and a validity period of the Radio Frequency Use Permit (IPFR) of 10 years.
