Eberechi Eze wants to bring Arsenal to the Champions League title
Arsenal attacking midfielder Eberechi Eze wants to lead his team to victory in the 2025/2026 Champions League, which, if achieved, would be their first title in the tournament.

"I'm happy to be competing in this championship. But more than that, I want to win it. That's the mindset of this club and this team," said Eze, as quoted on the UEFA website on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old footballer emphasized that Arsenal is a team that always aims to win every match.

This has made the new player, who will be making his Champions League debut in the 2025/2026 season, determined to give his best to help the team in every match.

"I will give everything. That is what it means for me to be on this team. And this is not just about me, but it is bigger than that," said Eze.

The English footballer admitted he's felt a significant improvement in quality at Arsenal. One factor is the presence of manager Mikel Arteta, who, according to Eze, has consistently instilled a winning spirit in his players.

"With Arteta, I've developed a lot as a footballer, both in terms of how I think and how I view the game. When I first met Arteta, you could see his energy, enthusiasm, and desire to constantly improve and, of course, win," said Eze.
