Injuries and significant damage following attacks by settlers in Hebron and Nablus

Osama Makhamra, an activist in the resistance against settlement in southern Hebron, stated that a group of settlers attacked Khirbet al-Markaz in the Masafer Yatta area (a group of 28 Palestinian villages and hamlets), and assaulted the residents with sticks, beatings and stones, resulting in at least 5 people being injured with bruises and wounds.

In Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, settlers burned down a vehicle parts shop ( shutdown shop) in the town of Huwara, south of the city.

The Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying that dozens of settlers from the Yitzhar settlement attacked the northern part of the town and burned down a vehicle parts shop.

Later, the Civil Defense announced that its crews, with the participation of a crew from the Nablus Municipality Fire Department and the Awarta volunteer team, were able to control the fire that affected dozens of vehicles inside the scrap yard.

During the two years of the Israeli war of extermination on Gaza, the West Bank recorded 7,154 attacks by settlers, according to the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.

These crimes resulted in the martyrdom of 33 Palestinians and the displacement of 33 population centers up to October 5th of last year.

In total, the attacks by the occupation army and settlers during the war of extermination resulted in the martyrdom of at least 1,076 Palestinians, the injury of more than 10,000, in addition to the arrest of more than 20,000 in the West Bank, according to the Wall Resistance Commission.
