Lando Norris wins the sprint race at the F1 Brazilian GP

  McLaren driver Lando Norris won the Formula 1 Brazilian GP sprint race by being the fastest at the Grand Premio de Sao Paulo, Saturday local time.


Quoted from the official F1 website, Saturday, Norris started the sprint race from first position and managed to emerge as the winner with a time of 53 minutes 25.928 seconds and was entitled to eight points.


Norris was the fastest in the sprint race session, winning 0.845 seconds over Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli in second place and 2.318 seconds over third-placed Mercedes driver George Russell.


Furthermore, fourth place in the Brazilian GP sprint race was taken by Red Bull Racing driver Max Verstappen and fifth place was taken by Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc.




Meanwhile, Norris' McLaren teammate Oscar Pistri was unable to finish the Brazilian GP sprint race despite starting from third position.
