An artificial intelligence (AI)-based air conditioning (AC) device produced in the Jababeka industrial area, Cikarang, West Java, has been introduced to the domestic market.
The product, called Celest Inverter, was developed by Midea Electronics Indonesia as part of its locally produced air conditioner line.
"We're bringing AI technology that's not only smart, but also practical and energy-efficient, so consumers can enjoy maximum comfort with lower operating costs," said Hendry Wijaya, Product Management Head of Midea Electronics Indonesia, in a press release on Sunday.
He said Celest's AI technology is designed to deliver efficiency without compromising the quality of the company's home products.
This unit is available in several capacities, ranging from 0.5 HP to 2.5 HP. Furthermore, it features a design tailored to the needs of modern homes.
