Microsoft Indonesia, coinciding with the commemoration of Indonesian Heroes' Day, announced the return of Microsoft Elevate, its certified AI training initiative.
The program, now in its second year, focuses on developing "modern heroes" who will drive human-based AI innovation, with the goal of training 500,000 AI-certified talents, particularly educators, nonprofit leaders, and community leaders, by 2026.
"Our focus is on helping individuals and organizations apply AI skills to solve real-world challenges and drive meaningful transformation in their communities," said Microsoft Elevate Skills Director Arief Suseno in a statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday.
Previously this initiative was known as elevAIte Indonesia, but in its second year it was changed to Microsoft Elevate.
This program is committed to providing a more immersive learning experience through cross-sector collaboration to equip Indonesians with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to thrive in the AI era.
