PB POSSI is optimistic about athlete regeneration

  Secretary General of the Indonesian Diving Association (PB POSSI), Nur Kholis, is optimistic about the regeneration of Indonesian diving athletes.


Nur Kholis assessed that the CMAS Southeast Asia Championship Finswimming Indoor (senior) and the 2025 Asian Junior Finswimming Competition had indicated that Indonesian diving athletes had the potential to achieve success.


"I'm optimistic that finswimming in Indonesia will improve and grow in the future, especially considering today's results," Nur Kholis told reporters on Wednesday.


In the senior category, Indonesia won a total of 29 medals consisting of 4 gold, 11 silver and 14 bronze.




This achievement placed the Indonesian team in second place, after Vietnam secured the top spot with 59 medals: 31 gold, 22 silver, and 6 bronze.


Meanwhile, in the junior category, Indonesia won a total of 25 medals: one gold, 11 silver, and 13 bronze. This placed Indonesia in third place.
