The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) continues to actively monitor and take action against content related to online gambling practices (judol) through content moderation monitoring and collaboration with various parties.

Alexander Sabar, Director General of Digital Space Supervision at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, explained that his office is strengthening oversight of content moderation compliance through the Content Moderation Compliance System (SAMAN). Through this system, all digital platforms are required to respond and remove online gambling content within a specified timeframe.

"If they fail to comply, Komdigi can issue warnings and administrative sanctions in the form of fines. If violations persist, access to the platform can be terminated," Alexander confirmed.
