The exhibition was held under the patronage of Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmus and in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent.
In a speech during the opening of the exhibition, the head of the Turkish-Palestinian Parliamentary Friendship Group, Hasan Turan, indicated that the Turkish Parliament stands with Gaza.
He affirmed that Türkiye, under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, continues to stand by the Palestinians in Gaza and heal their wounds.
He said: "The Zionist occupiers today are a symbol of evil throughout the world, and the Palestinians in Gaza have played a role in this awakening. Victory cannot be achieved without resistance."
For her part, Red Crescent President Fatma Yilmaz stated that the hearts of Turks beat for Gaza.
She noted that children and families are struggling for their lives in Gaza, stressing that Palestinians in the Strip are setting an example for the world through their resilience.
The opening ceremony was attended by members of parliament, the Secretary General of Parliament, Hussein Kurshad Qarbiq, and a large number of guests.
Israel launched a war of genocide on Gaza, which began on October 8, 2023, and left 68,875 Palestinian martyrs and 170,679 wounded, most of them children and women, with reconstruction estimated by the United Nations to cost about $70 billion, before it was halted by a ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10.
