Miami Heat basketball player Tyler Herro is scheduled to make his 2025-2026 season debut in a home game against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday (25/11).
The NBA website said Monday that Herro has completed his recovery from ankle surgery.
Herro underwent surgery on September 19 to address posterior impingement syndrome in his left ankle and foot.
The injury has kept him out of action since the start of the season, while the Heat have been impressive in the opening week of the competition.
In the 2024-2025 season, Herro posted the best performance of his career.
He was selected as an All-Star for the first time after averaging 23.9 points per game (ppg) and 5.5 assists per game (apg).
His shooting accuracy reached 47.2 percent, the highest in his six-season career, and he made 37.5 percent from the three-point line.
