A total of 140 children from Gaza have returned home after undergoing treatment at a Jordanian hospital. Medical reports indicate the children have completed all stages of treatment and received comprehensive care during their stay. Their relatives are also provided with accommodation and support services.
The children were evacuated to Jordan in early 2025 through the Jordan Humanitarian Medical Corridor, a program run by the JAF to transport wounded and sick Gazans to Jordan for treatment. Under this scheme, patients return to Gaza after their treatment is completed, allowing Jordan to receive new patients.
Hundreds of Gazan children have remained in Jordan for treatment since the medical evacuations began in early March.
