  Dicky Yuana Rady, President Director of PT Eksploitas dan Industri Hutan (Inhutani) V for the 2021–2025 period, was charged with accepting a bribe of 199 thousand Singapore dollars, equivalent to Rp2.55 billion (exchange rate of Rp12,800 per Singapore dollar) related to an alleged bribery case in a forest area management cooperation within Inhutani V in 2024–2025.

The public prosecutor from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Budiman Abdul Karib, suspects that Dicky received bribes from two private businessmen, namely Djunaidi Nur and Aditya Simaputra.

"The money was received so that Dicky could condition or arrange for PT PML to continue to cooperate with PT Inhutani V in utilizing forest areas in registers 42, 44, and 46 in the Lampung Province area," said the Public Prosecutor during the indictment reading hearing at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday.

In detail, Dicky received the money twice, namely in 2024 amounting to 10 thousand Singapore dollars from Djunaidi as Director of PT PML and in 2025 amounting to 189 thousand Singapore dollars from Djunaidi and Aditya as Licensing Staff at PT PML.

For his actions, Dicky is threatened with criminal penalties as regulated in 12 letter a or Article 11 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Article 65 of the Criminal Code.
