Los Angeles Lakers superstar Luka Doncic and Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo led the first fan returns for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, for the Western and Eastern Conferences, respectively.

The NBA website announced Tuesday that the Lakers guard was the player with the most overall votes, with 1,249,518 votes, and led the Western Conference.

Following Doncic are Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets with 1,128,962 votes, Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors) with 1,031,455 votes, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder) with 878,621 votes, and Victor Wembanyama (San Antonio Spurs) with 769,362 votes.

The NBA stated that fan votes cast through the NBA App and NBA.com , namely NBA ID, have a 50 percent weight in determining the five All-Star starters from each conference or region.

Meanwhile, active NBA players and media panelists each contributed 25 percent.

In the 2025-2026 season, All-Star selections will be made without regard to player position.

The NBA also announced that, starting Tuesday local time, it will be "3-for-1 Day," where every fan vote will be counted three times. The next voting results update is scheduled for January 6.

The 2026 NBA All-Star Game will use a new format, a round-robin tournament featuring two teams of United States (US) players and one international team from various countries.

The event was held at the Intuit Dome, Inglewood, California, on February 15 and broadcast by NBC and Peacock.
