Marari reveals to TRT Arabic: The International Criminal Court is studying thousands of new pieces of evidence regarding the occupation's crimes in Gaza.

In an exclusive interview with TRT Arabic, Marari said that the legal team had submitted more than 3,500 documents related to Palestinian victims, including evidence of violations amounting to war crimes and crimes against humanity, in addition to sensitive information about evidence tampering operations related to the prisoners’ file.

Marari explained that the latest complaint also included more than 1,500 pieces of evidence supporting the accusation that Israel committed "genocide" in Gaza, based on UN and human rights reports and testimonies from international experts.

The court's legal team also presented evidence of procedures undertaken to conceal the effects of torture and serious violations against Palestinian detainees, noting that this new data received considerable attention within the court because it contained previously unknown information.

He stressed that the role played by the legal team forms a bridge between the victims and the prosecution office, which contributes to speeding up procedures and facilitating access to witnesses and information.

Marari pointed out that the court is now able to issue secret arrest warrants in accordance with a new decision by the Assembly of Member States, which may speed up the next steps in the investigation.

In a message to the victims in Gaza, Marari called for continued documentation and urged that no evidence be underestimated, stressing that the success of any international legal process begins with their cooperation and ends with achieving justice for their cause.
