The Palestinian General Authority for Civil Affairs, an official liaison with Israel, said in a statement that its teams in Nablus "are following up on the handover of the body of the martyr Qais Sami Jasser Allan (20 years old), after the occupation forces shot him between the towns of Einabus and Awarta."
Prior to the Authority's statement, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported in a brief statement that its crews dealt with "3 serious injuries in a shooting incident on a car between the towns of Arif and Einabus after the crew arrived at the site."
The organization stated that its crews transported two people with multiple gunshot wounds to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus, without mentioning the fate of the third. In a later statement, it added that "the occupation forces are preventing our crews from reaching a fourth person in critical condition" before announcing his death.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that "Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a vehicle on the road between the villages of Awarta and Einabus, south of Nablus, causing the vehicle to overturn and catch fire."
House burning and break-ins
In a related context, on Tuesday evening a Palestinian house was burned down by a bomb fired by the Israeli occupation army, and clashes broke out during raids on towns in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that "Israeli occupation forces caused a fire in a house in the town of Aboud, northwest of Ramallah (central West Bank), on Tuesday evening." It added that "the fire broke out after occupation forces fired tear gas canisters inside the house, which also caused several residents to suffer from suffocation."
For its part, the Voice of Palestine radio station (government-run) said that the Israeli army stormed the city of Tubas and the town of Aqaba, in the northern West Bank, without providing further details.
She added that the raids also targeted the village of Ni'lin, west of Ramallah, leading to violent clashes between young men and army forces in the town, without mentioning any injuries. She also noted that the army closed the entrance to the village of Deir Jarir, northeast of Ramallah.
For its part, the occupation army admitted on Tuesday evening that its soldiers stormed the village of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank, and vandalized citizens’ cars.
The army said in a statement: "Last Saturday, we entered the village of Deir Dibwan, contrary to instructions and without permission," adding: "A force from the Paratroopers Brigade damaged Palestinian vehicles in a manner contrary to regulations, orders, and what is expected of Israeli army soldiers."
The army claimed that upon learning of the incident, it launched a "thorough investigation into the soldiers' conduct," adding, "During the investigation, additional violations were uncovered and dealt with as well," without elaborating. It noted that "all soldiers involved were summoned to their commanders, tried, and disciplined."
On Friday morning, Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian sheep farm in the Deir Dibwan municipality and assaulted workers there before stealing dozens of sheep.
At the time, local sources told Anadolu that settlers attacked the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, stormed the farm, assaulted two workers, and then stole a flock of 150 head of livestock before fleeing.
Approximately 750,000 settlers reside in hundreds of settlements built on West Bank land, including 250,000 in East Jerusalem, and they commit daily attacks against Palestinian citizens with the aim of forcibly displacing them.
In November 2025, settlers committed 621 attacks against Palestinians, their property and livelihoods in the West Bank, according to data from the Palestinian Authority’s Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission (a government body).
The number of Palestinians killed in the escalation by the Israeli occupation army and settlers in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, since the start of the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip has risen to 1,104, in addition to about 11,000 wounded, and more than 21,000 arrests, according to official Palestinian sources.
On October 8, 2023, Israel began a two-year genocide in Gaza, which resulted in over 71,000 Palestinian martyrs and 171,000 wounded, in addition to massive destruction affecting 90 percent of the civilian infrastructure, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations
