After launching the One UI 8 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch4 in South Korea a few weeks ago, Samsung is bringing the update to device users in India and the United States (US).
According to a report by GSM Arena on Friday, the One UI 8 Watch update is currently only available on the non-cellular version of the Galaxy Watch4.
This update is available in firmware version R860XXU1JYK4 and the October 2025 security patch .
Galaxy Watch4 users in India or the US who have not yet received the One UI 8 Watch update can manually check for the update by going to the Settings > Software update menu in the Galaxy Wearable app.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is a smartwatch product that offers access to a wider app ecosystem and enhanced health features.
