Xiaomi 17 Ultra comes with a 200MP telephoto lens, 6,800 mAH battery
  The Xiaomi 17 Ultra, which has been launched in China, comes with support for a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and a 6,800mAh silicon-carbon battery.

According to GSM Arena broadcast on Thursday (25/12), the Xiaomi 17 Ultra comes with a triple rear camera setup branded Leica.

The rear of the device is equipped with a 50MP 1-inch Light Fusion 1050L primary sensor that supports LOFIC technology, a 200MP 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPE periscope telephoto lens with continuous optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus.

Additionally, there is a 50MP selfie camera on the front of the device.​​​​​​​

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra features a 6.9-inch flat LTPO M10 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a resolution of 2608 x 1200 pixels, and a peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits.

On the device's screen, which is protected by Xiaomi's Dragon Crystal Glass 3.0, there is an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, which is combined with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The phone runs on Xiaomi's HyperOS 3.0 with several AI features.

Xiaomi includes a 6,800mAh silicon-carbon battery on the 17 Ultra phone, which supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging as well as 22.5W reverse wired charging.

The device's features also include an infrared sensor, dual SIM, Hi-Res audio, stereo speakers, quad microphone array, IP66/IP68/IP69 rating, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and satellite communications.

This device has the same specifications as the standard variant, but offers several additional features including a mechanical zoom ring that allows users to adjust the focal length, exposure, and white balance.

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica also comes with a dedicated Leica Moment mode in 3:2 aspect ratio, a security and encryption chip, and dual satellite communication.

The phone comes in a special box containing a lens cap, lanyard, magnetic case , and cleaning cloth.

Both variants of the Xiaomi Ultra 17 will be marketed in China starting December 27, 2025.​​​​​
