The Indonesian Ombudsman (ORI) has launched a book entitled "Guarding the Quality of Public Service Supervision ," which summarizes internal supervision practices over the past five years as an affirmation of its commitment to strengthening integrity and maintaining the quality of supervisory performance.
The Chairman of the Indonesian Ombudsman, Mokhammad Najih, stated that internal supervision is the main foundation in maintaining the quality of the institution's work.
"One of the root problems in public oversight is the suboptimal internal oversight function in various agencies," Najih said at the launch event.
