He said this annual momentum is an important reminder for all employees to strengthen a work culture that is clean, professional, and free from all forms of deviation.
According to him, the Hakordia commemoration is not merely ceremonial, but should be a collective reflection on the importance of maintaining public trust and upholding the company's reputation as a state-owned enterprise that provides strategic services to the community and the business world.
"Corruption not only harms the state, but also damages the organizational structure and injures the values of the work culture," he said.
Therefore, he continued, at Pelindo Regional 4, integrity is the primary foundation that must be inherent in every Pelindo employee. Hakordia serves as a reminder that anti-corruption commitments are not fleeting but must be implemented daily in the workplace.
He added that Pelindo has implemented various principles and tools for preventing corruption in the company's operations, including the implementation of the Whistleblowing System (WBS), strengthening the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP).
Including internalization of AKHLAK values, as well as ongoing campaigns regarding the 5 No's: No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Facilitation Payment, and No Luxurious Hospitality.
"We work in a complex port services ecosystem, involving numerous partners, customers, and the public. Therefore, professionalism and integrity must be our primary safeguards," he said.
He said, every decision, every service, and every interaction must always be in accordance with the rules and free from conflicts of interest.
According to him, the success of Pelindo's transformation into a world-class port company is not only determined by technological modernization, service digitalization, or operational acceleration alone, but also by the strength and integrity of its human resources.
