The Ministry of ATR targets completion of Land Consolidation by 2025  The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR)/National Land Agency (BPN) is targeting completion of Land Consolidation throughout Indonesia by 2025.

Embun Sari, Acting Director General of Land and Spatial Planning (PTPP) at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), stated that the 2025 Land Consolidation phase has shown significant progress. From the design planning (B04), community approval of the design (B06), and agreement on the joint action plan (B09), all have been completed.

"We are currently working to finalize the documents ready for the certification stage (B12). God willing, we can reach 100 percent completion," said Embun Sari in a statement.

At the end of 2025, Land Consolidation at the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Land Procurement and Land Development (PTPP) has one final stage remaining

In this regard, the Ministry of ATR/BPN is committed to accelerating the completion of Land Consolidation as part of efforts to organize space, eradicate slum areas, and improve the quality of settlements and the value of community land.

By 2025, the Directorate General of Land and Spatial Planning (PTPP) had implemented land consolidation in 16 provinces, covering a total of 2,833 plots of land. Of this total, physical development progress for land consolidation had reached 81 percent.

Embun Sari targets that all priority Land Consolidation packages can be completed through close cooperation between the Provincial BPN Regional Office (Kanwil), the Land Office, and the local government.

The completion of this program not only targets improvements to spatial structures, but also integrates the re-arrangement of residential environments to make them more orderly, legal, and habitable.

Land Consolidation Acceleration is combined with database strengthening and dashboard-based monitoring, so that progress at each location can be monitored in real time.

Embun Sari emphasized that digital reporting needs to be carried out in a disciplined manner so that coordination between units runs quickly and obstacles in the field can be immediately addressed.

In the National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN which was attended by 471 participants from all over Indonesia, Embun Sari also reported on the budget absorption of the Directorate General of PTPP which showed a positive trend.

"Budget realization at the central government level is currently at 93.96 percent, while at the regional level it is at 88 percent," said Embun Sari.
