Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso said his team will fight for all the titles in 2026 after securing their final victory of 2025 by defeating Sevilla 2-0 in the 2025/2026 La Liga match at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Madrid, early Sunday morning WIB.
"The current situation allows us to face 2026 in a position to fight for everything. To do this, we will improve in all aspects ," Alonso said, as quoted on Real Madrid's official website on Sunday.
Throughout 2025, El Real failed to win a single trophy in the five competitions they participated in, including when coached by Carlo Ancelotti, Alonso's previous manager.
Alonso confirmed that he would evaluate his team's shortcomings, one of which was tactics.
