Hundreds of spectators crowded the area outside Rajamangala Stadium, Bangkok, Thailand, to watch the opening ceremony of the 2025 SEA Games on a large screen, Tuesday night.
Despite being unable to enter the stadium, public enthusiasm remained high. Visitors continued to arrive at the stadium area from the afternoon onward.
They gathered at a number of points that had been prepared by the committee, complete with a giant screen that broadcast the entire series of ceremonies live.
Besides watching the opening broadcast, visitors also enjoyed the entertainment and culinary facilities available in the outdoor area.
At the 2025 Thailand SEA Games, Indonesia is sending 1,021 athletes who will compete in 48 sports.
Several athletes from athletics, aquatics, and volleyball will represent Indonesia in tonight's opening parade.
