The Ministry of Communication and Digital has once again won the title of Public Body with Informative Qualifications in the 2025 Public Information Transparency Award.
The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs ranked third in the Ministry category with a score of 98.54, up from 97.60 in 2024. This achievement marks the eighth consecutive year the Ministry has maintained this distinction in the ministry category.
"We interpret this award as encouragement to continue providing public information that is not only open and accountable, but also truly useful and encourages active public participation in government policies and programs," said Ismail, Secretary General of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, in a statement.
Ismail stated that this achievement serves as a reminder for the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs to continue improving the quality of management and delivery of relevant, accurate, and easily accessible public information.
According to Secretary General Ismail, information transparency is an important foundation in building public trust.
