Trump: The second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement will begin very soon.

He added during remarks from the White House: "We now have peace in the Middle East that is supported by 59 countries, and that is very important international support."

With American support, Israel launched a war of extermination in Gaza on October 7, 2023, which left more than 70,000 martyrs and about 171,000 wounded Palestinians, most of them children and women.

The ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, which came into effect on October 10, was supposed to end the war, but Tel Aviv violates it daily, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of Palestinians.

The 20-point plan, announced by the White House in late September, has been in its first phase since October 10, which stipulates a ceasefire, the entry of aid, and an exchange of prisoners with Hamas. However, Tel Aviv continues to obstruct the transition to its second phase by repeatedly violating the agreement.

The second phase of the plan includes provisions for administering Gaza through a temporary transitional government composed of a non-political Palestinian technocratic committee, and for President Trump to develop an economic plan for the reconstruction of Gaza.
