Sacramento Kings basketball player Russell Westbrook has once again made NBA history, entering the top 16 of all-time leading scorers, displacing legend Dominique Wilkins. The NBA website said that the guard has scored a total of 26,671 points throughout his career.
Westbrook achieved this achievement when the Kings suffered a 101-125 defeat to the Los Angeles Lakers.
The 36-year-old passed Wilkins with a layup in the fourth quarter. He is just 39 points behind Oscar Robertson, who is 15th on the all-time list with 26,710 points.
