AICO encourages AI adoption education in society through books
The Artificial Intelligence Community of Indonesia (AICO) is promoting education on the use of artificial intelligence through a practical guide designed to help people understand and utilize AI responsibly.

"Creators who don't adapt risk being left behind. In fact, AI opens up huge opportunities because it can reduce production costs, speed up work processes, and still produce interesting, realistic, and relevant content, even enabling more creative brand integration ," said AICO Co-Founder Tommy Teja, in a press release received on Wednesday.

Tommy said that starting in 2026, AI-based content will increasingly dominate the social media ecosystem, as platform algorithms are now filled with and influenced by AI content.

In recent years, AI has been increasingly used in almost all lines of content production, from finding ideas, writing scripts, creating hyper-realistic visuals and videos, to distributing content on a large scale at a speed that is almost impossible for humans to achieve.

This change is shifting the way creators, media, and business actors work, opening up opportunities for efficiency, limitless creativity, and entirely new content production models.

However, behind the euphoria, the pace of AI adoption also contains a time bomb. Low digital literacy, limited public understanding of how AI works and its limitations, and the potential for technological misuse and ethical issues are starting to cast a serious shadow over the digital ecosystem.

Without adequate understanding, AI risks being misinterpreted as an instant shortcut, rather than a strategic tool that must be used responsibly. This makes the discourse surrounding AI content increasingly crucial, not only for discussion but also for critical education.
