Bayern Munich management has confirmed that it will extend the contract of its star striker, Harry Kane, which is due to expire on June 30, 2027.
"We are talking to Harry about it. In any case, a decision has to be made," said Munich sports council member Max Eberl, as quoted on the club's official website .
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen is optimistic that Kane will continue his career at the club, which has won 33 Bundesliga titles.
This is also in line with Kane's statement in October 2025, where he said he was "all in" (fully committed) when asked about his future at the 2024/2025 Bundesliga champions.
"Harry trusts us and feels comfortable in Munich. His family does too. However, there's no reason to rush," Dreesen said.
Since joining Munich in the summer of 2023, where he was signed from Tottenham Hotspur on a four-year contract, Kane has scored 119 goals in 126 appearances.
